I just noticed that no one caught the news on this stock a few days back. It was on Dow Jones news not the regular business wire. I could not get it myself had a friend get it for me . I will see if I still have it in my pm. but the gest of it was Kathryn is no longer with the co. someone else appointed in her place.

(Dow Jones)--Apparel Technologies Inc. (APTX) Chief Executive Kathryn Van Ness resigned. In a press release Monday, the company said Van Ness, who will now serve as chairperson of its advisory board, resigned because of lack of funding which resulted in the suspension of production activities and application center operations. Apparel Technologies named general counsel Samuel S. Guzik acting chief executive. Apparel Technologies provides technology for digital fabric printing, makes apparel and design retail fixtures. .
