Hello! Cubby,

Thank you for your follow-up, it is appreciated.
From a shareholder's perspective I was encouraged by your recap of your discussion with Mr. Tilton.

The feeling that I got from your update was basically the same impression that I got recently from my discussion with James Tilton.

It was also encouraging that he had given you considerable time to answer your questions. JMO!

Anxiously and trying patiently to wait for further Company News Releases.

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

Hello! Cubby,

I reviewed your posting summary where you posted your discussion points with Mr. Tilton on Oct. 1, 1998.

That got me to thinking that with the apparent increase in bashing on this TNRG Thread as of late, something just might be in the works.

As I have already indicated in a previous posting, your discussion recap with Mr. Tilton seemed to match up with the impression that I got with my conversation with Mr. Tilton on Sept. 25, 1998.

I did leave out one point of my discussion with Mr. Tilton ( because I felt at the time it was too speculative in nature to post on this thread)--however since there seems to be a growing energy /effort in bashing TNRG by some on this thread --I feel it appropriate to share this aspect of the discussion that I had with Mr. Tilton.

As I imagine any long holding shareholder of any company would be interested in getting some sort of feeling as to what one can expect from their investment in the future! ---I also tried to get a feeling or impression from Mr. Tilton.

The way I tried to approach this was to try and identify a time frame and see what reaction I got!

As I recall I asked him if any/all of the business projects that he is currently working towards have the potential to start showing up with share price indicators over the next 2 to 3 months.

I also asked him ( if in his opinion) he expected to see the TNRG Share price reach the previous high levels, that were achieved earlier in the year. ( I pushed him quite aggressively in this area--and wanted some feedback!)

In his opinion I understood him to indicate that over the next 2 to 3 months with business plans falling into place--he was expecting that the previous high share price of 1998 could be surpassed. He also indicated that he does not control the share price--but thought with good news on the current projects the share price appreciation would take care of itself. ( All of course just in his own opinion!)

I can't say for sure whether he was just stating this opinion to get me of his case---but I guess over the next 2 to 3 months I will have a clearer picture as to how close his estimate/opinion was.

Also on a personal note/observation I give him credit for even attempting to give feedback/opinion regarding my question--as most Company Management of companies tend to get paranoid when real questions are asked. I hope his opinion will be close to accurate. JMO!

Let me also add that the several times that I have spoken to Mr. Tilton he has never suggested that anyone should buy TNRG Shares.

If anyone would care to clarify my opinions in this posting feel free to contact Mr. Tilton directly.

Also! It is not my intention in this posting to suggest that anyone consider buying, selling or otherwise , shares of TNRG--everyone should do what is right for them with their hard earned money! JMO!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
