John: One thing to note is that the press release says nothing about spinning off FL in a PUBLICALLY-TRADED company. Will Sid take it public, or will it just be a private entity? If the latter, people will have NO WAY easy mechanism to sell their shares.

As for today's selloff, I wonder if sellers are thinking that management wouldn't try to offload a big piece of FL unless it felt that current testing isn't going well?

you guys really crack me up---your are getting exactly what you want and you don't even realize it. If i was Sid Kemp and i just read the thread here is what i would do. I would stop funding JL research on FL. I would stop buying any new properties and i would let naxos go completely down the tubes. Then i would take john norton and start my own company that invested in these new properties. No 30 million shares or shareholders to worry about.

The only reason he doesn't do that is because he wants to do right by the shareholders----you guys just don't realize it!!!
