Imminent market collapse. My hats off to any one making bux in this market especially from the long side-a suicidal strategy.
I feel that if the market acts like this after an interest cut that the psychology has changed from 8 yrs of bull,to bear.Up days are the anomoly for the last 2 months and down days are the norm. This is a severe technical and fundamental psychological reversal which I think showed its place by thoroughly dismissing the interest cut.Another sign of bear market is that the point drops we are seeing are much more severe than the up days of the bull market.Future earnings are dead as the economic slowdown that hit asia hasn't even yet hit us or europe but is just around the corner. And when that happens....Don't try to catch a falling knife.Preservation not trading is the key.
