I agree 100%. I love stocks that everyone hates. But there seems to be more to this than I know.

Until I know it, I won't pass judgement, but that stock you mentioned sure does look good.

Before the open I will have learned...

Problem appears to be lack of lenders willing to securitize their morgages, resulting in a cash flow crunch at the end of the 3rd quarter

Looks like if they can make it through the first few weeks of this quarter the market may become more liquid and ease cash flow problems.
