Richard, thank you for your timely response and insight into Nasi. I agree with your scenarios as to why Nasi has fallen in price recently. Purchase of Nasi at this price ($4 range) will almost assuredly prove to be a wish investment 12 months from now.

One wonders about what Institutional Ownership is doing during this sharp and continuous price decline.

Not sure of the date of this material but I believe it's 6/30/98. Institutional ownership by 29 institutions represented 25.68% of outstanding shares with total shares held at 1,711,000.

Any thoughts on whether institutions would be selling off at this level?
