Well, we broke through the support of 59 - next support should be 55

The end of today should be interesting, maybe it gets very ugly and DOW drops to 7400 and Nasdaq to 1500. If so I hope there's support at those levels but....Monday will then be very interesting.

What I can personally see (from a chemicals perspective - this is my business), the opposite side of the coin is that products coming over here from there are cheaper and are keeping our inflation levels lower than they would otherwise be. This is very good for US consumers, who have strong earnings and money to spend. Low interest rates & Low unemployement rates = higher US personal earnings = greater consumption = increased business for many. I do not believe that the current market valuation of many companies truly reflects the increase in business that they will receive over the next year. The export business slowdown to Asia has already occurred. The increased sales being experienced by many fine companies has not yet been factored in. JMO - FWIW.
