Actually Bald Man one of the best buy signals I've ever had was from somebody I knew, but is not in the market, and knew I was...that could be anybody....and has been. During the 1987 & 1997 corrections it was a neighbor who said something like this. "Are you doing OK? Is this market downturn hurting you at all? Would you like to come over for dinner? When the dinner deal comes up it's time for me to buy....since nobody has said anything yet, I'm not all that interested in buying.
