IDCN will have an immediate book value. However, it will trade with a discount to that price. I am not a mining stock expert, but I believe 50% is reasonable.

I am not sure how that $11.50 was calculated, but I doubt we would see $5.75. In addition that number was based on 250K ounces of gold and not the rumored 4-7M. We still have the garnet property as well.

I believe the TUNS report qualifies as further testing.

The stock will attract a lot more attention when a book value is determined.

It might be a good idea to look into other mining companies to determine how their stock trades relative to their stated book value. A documentation on how the stock moves in relation to the mining progress would be useful as well.
