Ish, Aw, gee and gosh, feller. You surely ARE from the South and I don't mean Southern California. That's for sure! Never did have cats as pets, although I adore felines. My pets were two large and friendly shaggy dogs named Ralph (Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier) and Laszlo (Hungarian Puli)--the canine equivalent of "The Odd Couple." Did Melinda ever say whether her cat came home? I too was having trouble posting at SI. It's happened before, and that is why I almost always compose and save, then cut and paste. Prior to learning that lesson, some of my best stuff went "poof" in cyberspace. Holly
