Mr. Carl Golasa, President and CEO, Interaxxx Technologies, Inc., has announced the signing of a development and manufacturing contract with MICROBOOK INTERNATIONAL, West Palm Beach, Florida. THE SIGNING OF THIS CONTRACT IS A MAJOR EVENT AND OF SIGNIFICANT IMPORTANCE AS IT PROVIDES FOR THE FIRST REVENUE PRODUCING ACTIVITY IN THE HISTORY OF INTERAXX TECHNOLOGIES, INC. This contract with MICROBOOK takes advantage of Interaxx Technologies design and development capabilities and opens the way to for our entry into the contract manufacturing business. Conceptual and prototype designs have been approved by MICROBOOK. The prototype development cycle for MICROBOOK is expected to be 12 weeks during which time final product definition will be established. MICROBOOK is well along in its marketing efforts and should start to confirm production quantities shortly. The product: The MicroBook is about the size of a credit card and contains the entire contents of a book. Six or eight unabridged books can be stored in a shirt pocket. Entire libraries can be stored in a purse or briefcase. The MicroReader is about the size of a paperback book and weighs approximately 12 ounces.
