Interesting. I don't know how much Quorum Growth still own but their record is pretty spotty any way. At this point, when I see Quorum's involvement, and I have taken baths (in lost opportunities, because tendency is to think since they are on the board, they will do the smart thing) on few companies where they were involved and were on the board but did not make any meaningful attempt to guide or grow the company, in my opinion, it just raises a warning flag. Not that it matters at this point.
