I'm attempting in my mind to isolate real business performance from the general panic caused by Clinton's fight to hold office against a political lynching, the Russian political vaporware called currency reform, the Japanese slow fall on its banking sword, Asia and South American determinations to beat back hedge fund attacks.

How would the current earnings and forward statements sound if these weren't going on in the background? What forward influence will the interest rate cuts have? I see a lot of positives emerging from this heavy dose of pessimism... collecting while the storm creates bargains.

To answer your question, AFCI is a trading play on a hugely oversold company within a strong sector. Countries around the world know they must keep pace with technology, its not a choice. There are many players within the communications industry that have compelling value, I feel AFCI is one of the better choices.. especially at these sale prices.
