Thanks Chief, very well put.

"However, as a result of attending many AGM's I can tell you, one piece of good news and the "disgusted few" generally curl their tails between their legs and "will be happy", something every company that treats their shareholders as mushrooms...hopes for!!"

Why do you think the "disgusted few" of Medinah will be happy on Oct. 19th...???

Thanks Chief: That would make NPEC very, very, undervalued in todays market.

With apx 17,000,000 of the .065 valued shares = 1,105,000
Less the say 83,000,000 out at .025 current price = 2,075,000
leaves a diffrence for just the value of the total company at
the diffrence and I assume that to be $970,000 for the Telecom Division
the S.A. Gold operation, the 51% ownership of the pattend process in]
that new style gold extraction process they are using. Along with a few
other assets.

Very intresting how one issue has a large debt and the other ends up with
no news no lime light and just plain old free assets that are never talked
of yet more like debt free in cost. Could some of that cash flow printed
for MDIN go to use in financial deals intrest free for other parts of the
pie?

I have wondered for a long time where all the cash was coming from to take
care of the extream cost outflow into there many new projects. I just donot
see it coming from the projected cash flows of the telecom alone. That's MO.
on some of this issue. With the second plant up and # 3 in the making there
will be large cash flow soon after as the # 3 & 4 & 5 should go fast with
the additional cash income from the second addition. Well we shall see.

Chief, you may have already answered this, and my lack of memory has been diagnosed to a new disease called medianhatickuloseits. Which doctors say every factual piece of information in your brain is replaced by neurons of bullsh*t. the ques is...
How long would it take for Geodatos to perform 17km of IPs and what do you think the cost of that project would be?.
