I think the next big step ftel needs to come out with is better billing for people who have credit card accounts,No body will want to stop to keep charging their cards and who wants ftel to start sending out bills.The ease of use here will also win many consumers,The next thing is wireless,we need cheaper wireless,we are getting really screwed for wireless ,I know there is a better market there.
