Robert,

I am not selling, but I do have concerns. First off, if the SEC was finding anything erroneous about company actions trading would have been stopped by now. The company has issued no news releases on the situation, but once an investigation is started I do not think they are allowed to. Secondly, the reasons I bought in the first place are the same today as when I bought. So I will hold until otherwise.

Robert, I decided I could not take the pressure and sold a portion of my position. Then I talked to Scott and feel much better about the investigation and Colin. I sure as hell can't tell you you'll make money, or not, but you should consider keeping some position. You owe it to yourself for all the pain and suffering you've been through!

I own half of my original position and am verry comfortable with that! If the squeeze takes effect even a few thousand shares will improve your life style -- if it goes south your not out of business!

Robert:

If you can't stand the heat, then its time to get out of the kitchen! If you stand back and look at this you are falling right into the short's lair. At the opening there were 20 bids and 5 asks yet they drove this stock down relentlessly to 2.09. They are trying to shake out the weak hearted. Why,Why,Why... because there are 1.9 mill certs called or in the process of being called in on the website alone and their day of reckoning is coming shortly. They will have their day in court with or without Jim Johnson's suit. This is still a gamble because there is so much money at stake. I would guess 1/2 billion or more could be lost. RISK/REWARD! I would recommend not giving in but if you must, hang up the spikes and move over to the battered blue chips.

Really don't mean this as a flame but I guess sometime from now I would rather feel like "a fool who followed his instincts" than a person who has to say, "with any guts I could have been in on that".

I respect whatever you have to do but if you quit and this thing does what I strongly suspect it will do, you will be chasing other rainbows with higher risk factors, just to prove to yourself that you are not weakneed.

Have not been there....ain't done that yet but very tempted to over my 65 years.
