Again, the approval process is as follows: 1) Conduct clinicals. 2) Submit clinical data in a PMA to FDA. (mid-11/98 est.) 3) Ophthalmic Devices Panel meets and reviews the PMA. (3/99 est.) 4) Panel recommends approval, approval with conditions, or disapproval to FDA. 5) FDA approves in a month or two after that, asks for more data and approves after it is submitted, or disaproves the PMA. 7) When FDA approves, then SNRS starts selling product in the U.S.A. Cool.
