I do have the farm land that has been in the family for over 100 years. Also a lot of old furniture, mostly marble top stuff.

The people in the Santa Ana Canyon need humvees to sop up their bloated bank accounts. Winter storms... we haven't had any real exciting ones in a long time. El Nino didn't amount to much here.
