Dow near lows but S and P and Nasdaq well above lows. Volume down nicely on NYSE and Nasdaq. These are the exact guidelines that have been talked about on Moneytalk. Prices in area of prior lows on lower volume. If the market holds in the mid seven thousands we will have confirmation of a successful test of the bottom. For the bears to rule they must now push prices sharply below the September 1 intraday low of 7401 and keep them their on very high volume. Otherwise the correction has lost its momentum.
