Cien is going to single digits by the end of the year. Tax loss selling and Wall Street's new dislike for telecom equipment companies says to expect this.

I agree that it could get back to $11. I may pick up some around there ($11 to 11 1/2). I had a friend that got some at $17, but I knew that was not the right time. Eventually, the company should reach some sort of settlement. Large companies like this one normally come of these sort of things. Keep me posted on events.
