Subject:... Driving... Why is it if you're driving
40 mph in a 30 mph zone, any car that is behind you is
also driving at least 40 mph.
However, if there's a car in front of you, that person
is only driving 30 mph?

Do people think driving is some kind of race, and you
have to try to keep up with the lead car?

If people base their speed on the car in front of them,
how do they know what speed to drive if no one else
is on the road? Hahahahahahahahahah.

No wonder why there's 40,000 fatalities on the road
every year.
