Arcane, it is strange that the boys who have the story from AZNT are quiet about "their alleged partner", the SEC and how their arguments went. The previously mentioned search ( sec.gov ) of the SEC web site still isn't showing anything related to an enforcement action mentioning Amazon Natural Treasures. How very odd. As I mentioned before, the SEC is usually very prompt at posting word of their enforcement actions on their web site. For example, the one below describes the filing of a civil action initiated yesterday that was posted either yesterday or today on the web site. Could the SEC filing you cited be lost? Perhaps you should give the SEC a call and ask them to post the enforcement action you mentioned. I'm sure they'd love to hear from you. Just mention that you're a friend of AZNT.
