I don't suppose we'll see a news flash from CAYC stating that merger "talks" between OLEX and CAYC have been cut off.

But since Allen Burditt represented both OLEX and CAYC in the "negotiations," I doubt the talks were audible to most mortals. Just wheels grinding in the mind of a most devious man.

What I don't get is, if Mrs. Allen Burditt owns CAYC, how can the resignation of Allen Burditt as advisor mean anything? After all, he will still be advising her in an unofficial capacity.

Welp, CAYC was up 60% on the news today, though. I'd like to see the same move in OLEX. FWIW, production for OLEX is back to 240bbl a day now, when the other swabbers get back into operation, Oilex will be in the black.

Cheers!
Rick
