A conversation with Mr. Shepherd , President of ARET who is ARETs Transfer Agent? "This Information can be found at the bottom of the "Q" or "K" forms filed with the SEC. We are currently gathering the Information needed to report our annual financials to the SEC. This should be completed within a week and Reported sometime in October. What are the number of shares outstanding? 216 Million shares are outstanding Of these 12 million are in the friendly hands of FAMC and are restricted, 23 Million are in the possesion of one ARET executive and are restricted, another 25 Million are in the possesion of another ARET executive and are also Restricted. An undisclosed Number of restricted shares are in the Hands of Flexwright, Inc. and are also restricted..all these shares are considered to be in friendly possesion Has ARET began the common stock buyback? "NO" The stock buyback will be initiated with cash flow..as cash becomes available, shares will be purchased..A million or better at a time, within the next year it will be completed, (Mr. Shepherd stated he wants the buyback to be completed sooner than later. what is the status of ARETs acquision of First Americans Mortgage company? The acquisition is finalized and FAMC is now a subsidiary of ARET. is ARET considering a reverse split? "NO" this makes no sense! It would benefit no one. have you looked into these strange stock trading patterns? "Yes" I have spoken with the Market Makers, We do not know of the big block seller, Yesterday there was a late purchase of 310,000 shares from an ARET executive and after going through MMs hands it showed up as 910,000 appearing as a big block sell. how did ARET purchase shares of Flexwright Inc? "It was a restricted stock swap for equity" Flexwright now has a Restricted common stock interest in ARET, and ARET now holds Restricted shares of Flexwright, Inc. Through this action Flexwright now recognizes ARET as a Design, Engineering, and construction company. (this will benefit us.) This is a partial report of the conversation I have had with Mr. Shepherd, Lets digest this information and I will Post the rest about Tomahawk , Hydroponics projects, I-35 discussions Etc..Etc.. Mr. Shepherd appears to be intelligent, Hard working, well organized, and Knows the direction of the company...Some of the wording I used is not exact as I was taking notes, this is my belief as to what we discussed...This is not a recommendation to Buy or Sell a particular security, only information I have passed along TsioKawe ------

ARET Conversation Part 2................................................................... Can we discuss Tomahawk construction company? "Yes" Tomahawk construction is currently not obligated to any contract work. ARET is going to provide Tomahawk with the design, engineering and construction of the Housing Projects on the Chickasaw/Choctaw Reservations and those in the future. Tomahawk construction currently employs 3 personel all in Management/supervisory positions for the design and implementation of the building. Their primary purpose will be to follow First American Mortgage deals with the erection of housing structures. The reason for this is because building houses carries less liability. (Tomahawk once employed 300 people). How would Tomahawk construction fill its Employee needs? By hiring both within and outside of the Reservations. ARETs goal is to provide financing, design, engineering, construction and maintenance of these structures. What is the Status of the Hydroponics Projects? These are awaiting funding. The Design and Construction of a Hydroponics Plant is Very Unique. Is there any other work going on? Our primary goal is to work with the Tribal Nations and start the Housing Projects....the Housing development is our Primary goal for now. What is the status of the I-35 talks? "There has been a slowdown on these discusions. We have been working with the Canadien and Mexican authorities. These Authorities need to prepare the legal infrastructure & only they can decide how to do this. Will there be any press releases in the future? We are continuosly working on making agreements and commitments, our primary area is the finalization of contracts within Indian Country. We will release Information as things continue to materialize. (Dont count out the Dakota Projects Just yet) Is there anything you would like to share with the investors?? "Yes" Our approach is to do our Jobs and continue to do them! We are in the business of making money for the company and it's shareholders. As we are also large shareholders in the company, if the shareholders loose so do we. We are working diligently on answers within Indian country. First Americans mortgage company is at work & we may need to double it's staff by January 1999. We are in position to provide 95% loans for Native American Housing And are put in the best position to Design, engineer, and construct the buildings. Our main focus is to finalize a contract with the Chickasaw and Choctaw nations and begin building. We are a majority Indian owned company and are working with HUD and Tribal Understandings. ARET is a Growth company for the next 6-18 Months. Walk in peace friends ------

It appears that another 400,000 shares was dumped at the last 45 minutes of trading at .008 cents. I am just starting another business and running late today. Have you had a chance to get ARET's phone number and contact persons for me as yet? I will spend my time and money to call ARET and find out if in fact any construction has begun and what the current work schedules ar for the next 30-90 days unless you or any one else out in SI land has this info..
