Sure you aren't using the Chucau Decimal System?

The buyer paid $1125 for 3000 shares of IPMCF.
If he receives 1000 shares of MXAM in return,
the MXAM shares would have "cost" him $1.125 each.

Quite a premium.

If the trade happenned as reported, I suspect someone entered a market buy for 3000 shares w/o specifying a limit and the MM took him to the cleaners....An honest mistake on their part, I'm sure....

What's this about MXAM buying IPMCF? Will a tender be going to all shareholders? I know someone (non SI member) who still has some IPMCF, who, presumably, would want to know about this. Thanks.
