I say watch the transports. They are like a big ancor thrown overboard. If it keep sinking it will pull the ones holding it (DOW longs) overboard.

beebs, I'm going to re-look the charts, but from my elliot interpretation, I believe the recent couple of days of up down volitility in the XAU was an ABC corrective pattern preparing for a wave 3 of 3. This move should be big. Today's cross above 300 on gold will ring a LOT of buy alarms and send the shorts running for cover.
