"It is when it is depressed that creates opportunities" depend. when stocks like csco, lu are depress due to industry problem, it's buying opportunities. When other stocks are depress due to loosing market shares, it's not buying opportunities. I like FORE but rather buy CISCO because CISCO/LU will likely gaining market shares.
