Been here since the old Feb. days and I beleive in the basic fundamentals of this company (but still want to see the SEC Filing).

The statement by Velmer was libelous and definitly had an adverse effect on the stock price. I will be anxious to hear what your attorney has to say.

If there is basis for legal action, you can count me in and also two other investors who feel the same way I do.

Boy, would I like to get a piece of this "front runner".

I know that. I was just trying to invoke some humor in my comments concerning the shorts going to court in your suit or going to judgment day in the court of the stock market. We will prevail on both fronts.
