Sure, it is a bad practice to bring a defective product to the market, but you (I mean anybody) have not shown that it was the hardware. Aren't you jumping the gun too quickly? Isn't AMD certified by Microsoft to be compatible with their OS's? After all, you are a AMD shareholder!!
You are a better man than I am. You are holding to an inferior stock.
I would not buy an AMD CPU now because they are slower than what I got. If they come up with the fastest CPU at the time, I would consider them.
