sid...NAY, RETRACTION PLEASE, me thinks you made a mistake, insanity plea will be fine. Larry, BGM guess you worked a sweetheart deal hey!
Couple of Benedict Arnolds there I see. Did you two take any math courses in school, classes start again in January.

It seems pretty clear to me that this is a classic shareholder ripoff devoid of shareholder vote and you can bet that ASS-SID will own a great deal of the new Franklin Lake company now as well as the other pigs. Even if Franklin Lake is a great success, our 40% stake will surely be further diluted by then with multiple acquisitions and various means of self interest engineering and strategy. Seems the initial debut today sets the trend towards lower valuation for New SIDCO and sid's incompetence shows its true colors once again. (BROWN of course) If their is any hope at all, this is a final smoke screen to cause panic selling, so some can load up before results are known and then a retraction. Guess if there is any big money to be made the insiders always find a way to screw you out of it. Seems management's tactics all along have been to cause maximum delay until they had the deck loaded and then deal us all clubs. The pieces of this puzzle have been well orchestrated for this scenario if you consider the limbo they've had us do so far. Maybe we'll get lucky and he'll get hit by a bus or a lightening bolt.
