Ike: Great to see you back and I trust that you enjoyed your trip. On a mid to longer term view do you think that we are near bottom. The P&F'ers are in an offensive mode per Tom Dorsey. Cisco looks a good buy in the mid 50's for longer term. I can't see the evidence of a bear market and have got to believe we rally soon. Regards, Ray

Morning IKe, this is the second test of 7500 area Dow and it should hold for now. A third test is coming within a week, IMHO, and this is this third test that will wreak havoc and will disappoint many investors. I believe the markets must grease the skids back too 6600 area Dow before basebuilding begins. I am not out to spell doom and gloom, just a confluence of negative events at the moment which must be played out. I wish you all the best. Your little brother. JT
