Ted, Thanks for your kind comment. BTW, SP's don't look too happy this morning, but I guess that's why they call it speculative cash. Hey, have you researched anything about steel hulls, ask a yacht broker or two about it? That may be the way to go about it to get some opinions from those in the business and add a few grains of salt along with what they say. I'm going sailing this morning for a few hours with a buddy, I'll see what he knows. Have a great weekend. GZ
