I was basing my thoughts on your comment of wanting the name of buyers so that you can sell. that means you want to get out at these levels. I am sure that you can accomplish that if you so desire.

Mr. Allen, respectfully may I suggest that we wait a short while to see if Naxos is going to release results from the latest J/L tests. If these results on COC material and certification of assays are positive and repeatable, you will have no problem moving your shares because it will certainly affect the price and volume of trading of Naxos stock.

I agree with you in the premise that the company owes the shareholders the results of those tests on which to base the decision of either owning 100% FL or 40% FL as an investment.

Let's see what happens over the next week or so. (I can't bring myself to even spell out that "usual" timetable)
