Correct. Year end 10K reports have 90 days from the end of the period to be submitted so they have till the end of October. Lots of time.

P.S. NFSC has dropped his 33 cent ask price and now is fourth in line at 34 cents. Could he finally be ready to stop leapfrogging us down?

(EDIT) Sherwood (SHWD) just dropped off the 34 cent ask so we only have three there now. Hmmmmmm.

Bunker mentality.

How can we get Mighton to update us on TPII. The only news we
got is they hired two salesman, updated a program that nobody was
buying and got a contract to fix a couple of traffic lights.

Results of the BIG 3 announcements we are now down to .30 cents.
Many valid points are being raised here and CEO is hiding behind
Samatha's Skirt.I emailed a request for a CC and got message back
it was fowarded to Mighton. That's it. No response back from him.
Many other CEO's respond to shareholders directly. TAVA has and
I bet TAVA CEO is busier than TPII. Do we expect all emails to be
answered? No. But has anyone received any email from Mighton?

This self-imposed quiet period along with horrible Y2K and market
conditions are killing us. Shares that were $1.50 now 1/5 their
value with NO EXPLANATIONS.

Hey, we can't kill him if business is weak. Many Y2K companies
have failed for various reasons. ACLY, PTUS, IAIC, SEEC.
But all have given reasons for their failures and people continue
to buy shares in these companies.

We invested and we all knew the risks but BE A MAN and stand up
and tell your shareholders the people who believed in you and your
company the HONEST real TRUTH if it is bad we have a right to
know and you have an obligation to tell us.

Yes, you thought correctly: 90 days. I was going to type a "9" and not a "6" but I lost track of the key in the lights. (gg)
