This is a very hard one. It depends so much of the operator, which we have many in each country, and we must have 30-40 countries by now (and the number keeps increasing as the ex-Soviet and Balkans get more, well, balkanized).

Also one operator has many different payschemes and offers, which each typically has different prices on different hours of the day/weekdays.

Just to give an example I called one operator and they have (one of their schemes, peak hours) national mobile to fixed 37c a minute, national mobile to mobile curiously much less at 13c a minute and to Germany 81c a minute.
