- OT - FORE at almost 600 million $ revenue, growing 30 to 40% a year, they probably had
orders came in last week of the qtr and not humanly possible to ship all; this kind of
things are common in high-tech especially big ticket items-
FORE at low 1B$ mkt cap and 600m$ revenue is a real steal now; won't be suprised if
LU comes in next week and offer around 30$, that will be about 3.3B$ which is still
only about 5 times sales and a very good price; With LU backing FORE products can
very likely generate 2 to 3 times sale of current level which means close to 1B$ - for LU

And now with LU OEMing ACT networks it seems to be that FORE with Enterprise
ATM WAN switches (and #1 in the mkt) will be a very good fit with the Enterprise
multiservice access concentrator that can carry voice, fax and data. ASND also can be
still a play but less likely as ASND does not have any signifcant presence in Enterprise
and that;s why they're down now;

As said in previous post, LU will concentrate in the Enterprsie arena becasue that is
where they need the most help, not in the SP and Carrier mkt as they've tons of clout
there;

For LU, FORE will be a great addition to have for 1B $ revenue and spending only
3.3B$;
IMO, FORE has the highest probability of being acquired sooner compared to asnd
and coms.
