David, if I read the 10K correctly, as of 9/15/98 there were 431 preferred shares left to convert, which translates roughly to 1.04M shares of common stock (based on 740 total preferred shares yielding 1.786M common shares total). Of course, it's anybody's guess as to how many of the common shares issued for the prior conversions have yet been sold. Hope this helps.
