Freddie, Unhappily, this scenario is happening everyday. Check it out, all being done in the name of shareholder equity. It is a bleak picture and I hope I'm very wrong. As I stated its only my opinion based on past performance of this management team. Threats of SEC action have little substance within the penny community. I've seen very little action on the part of the SEC., some action but infrequent at best. There only alternative to an R/S in my opinion is to generate large revenues and I am skeptical that they are actually doing that or else why would they have closed their New York offices? Isn't that one of the largest employment/staffing markets in the country? Back to lurking. Kevin
