I'd tell him a big part of the reason he is in trouble with the law is that Clinton is in trouble with the law. Now, if he were to really wish to get out of trouble he would sell half (yes half) of his holdings in the broad market & buy gold. That alone would hurt the NASDAQ 100 - bad, & NYSE - which would change the opinion of main street and Wall Street toward Clinton. Before you know it, Clinton would be gone, with him Reno, and all legal problems of B. Gates & MSFT.
