oops....my bad. i thought we were talking about the most recent q...where they were losing money on ops.

but we can at least agree i think...if you are losing money on operations, depr doesnt matter...and if you arent, it does.

You also need to factor in the added debt and "possible" loses from the TI deal. One item that has not been addressed is the $200 million they now owe the Italian government. It is already being showed that this may put a kink in business as normal or the Micron mentality during the transition. Potential to drop big dollars there.
