Noblesse,

The financial conditions of a company can change very fast. The fundamental analysis was done looking at a snapshot in time reflecting past conditions. The stock should reflects financial conditions as perceived into the future. SMU is no Yahoo, the more money they lose the stronger it is perceived. <G>

How long can this co. last without real income? Notes from Rover and the Airline interiors would lead one to believe the problems are much more serious than PR is leading its investors into believing. They are now talking about the carrot into the year 2000 plus.

Let the price do the talking.

I appreciate your thoughts - its just that I never saw an announcement on this refinancing. Are you sure it has taken place? What is your source? Thanks for your help.
