Yesterday I e-mailed Dean at IQ to state my feelings about the recent poor service and suggested he refund fees to those who were unhappy, as he was about to lose clients. I also let him know traders on SI and Mirc were flaming IQ and its reputation was in jeopardy. Today, I received this from him:

"Yes, I am aware of the flaming, and it is deserved. Last night we
made the switch to the high speed datafeed, and today it is like night
and day."

"I have credited you and many others for September InterQuote fees.
I can only hope that our reputation is rebuilt."

Good job, Dean! Today IQ has been great, and I appreciate the quick response to our concerns and the refund!
