>>>I may not understand but you 2 are either hypesters, desperate or naive.>>

None of the above.

The company has languished over the past two years. I am pleased to see that Fred understands that something had to be done to increase shareholder value. Staying the course would make us all wait a very long time.

Fred did have problems getting financing when the properties were not opened or just partially opened. You know and I know that as each casino and hotel is opened, the company's value increases and makes future borrowing a little easier.

Let's see if Fred gets the $7M in new financing?
Let's see if that play money as you call it gets no takers?
Let's see if lenders will be easier to work with as all future properties FXWA and NUOA purchase will be going concerns. No development needed.

Anyone who invests now should do their own DD. All penny stocks are a gamble but how many have equity or are going concerns. Not many. Most are Press Release factories with no money coming in. At least NUOA has income and a game plan (whether you agree with it or not).

Gary,

Every penny stock vies for new shareholders. I will never understand why speculators/investors like yourself, belittle and tear apart a company that you have an investment in.

If you cannot be part of the solution then you are part of the problem. Voice your concerns to the company but spare us your verbal (written abuse).

Ken
