My info came from the Oilex thread on AOL. I don't recall who posted it, likely Saul. But I think the circle-jerk went like this:

Robin Burditt is/was primary shareholder of Churchill Resources. When Caye Chapel was formed, Churchill Resources was chief component of the new company. Hence, Robin Burditt is the primary shareholder of Caye Chapel.

Which to my mind indicates that Allen Burditt's advisory services, while no longer official, are still being offered and likely taken. So what exactly is the point of his resigning?

Correct me if I am wrong, Steve. You usually do, anyway.
