Rubin's view on US dollar policy still remains unchanged as he spoke in Ney York yesterday. This is very much troubled me for gold price.
BTW; Rubin will make another speech 1:30EST to talk about his or US propsal for that G-22 global financial structure.

Dow recovered as much anticipated by general sentiments as has been down sharplty this two days. Dow reversal from today 100 points loss.
