I can't believe I actually have to respond to people with no common sense such as yourself.
But, I'll do so just to make you look like the ignorant lackey that you are.

There are over 100 entities with the name "Citibank" as the first word. "Citibank" in and of
itself does not exist, legally. Without further legal description there is no way to know which
legal entity AZNT is actually suing. Thus, the lawyer from Citicorp asked the judge to either
dismiss the case against all Citibanks or get AZNT to be a tad more specific. With legal
representation such as this, I'd hate to be an AZNT long.

Hence, there was no way in hell "Citibank" was ordered to do anything yesterday.

P.S. My source? Citcorp's lawyer. Yeah, I don't do my DD. LOL.

citibank is not sued they just have chareles kris. stock.

Wait a second. Isn't the trademark "Citibank" listed as a defendant? How can you be a defendant without being sued?

If you are aware of the court case vs. MANN, JB OXFORD, CITIBANK, CANACORD, FIRST CONDCORD, WHITECLIFF AND SHORELINE... #reply-5685489
