I don't know. There was a release that had gone out on QDEK that said that they had to get there price up or they were in danger of being delisted. I read somewhere that NASDAQ was cracking down on stocks whose prices remained below $1 for a certain (?) period of time.

I am sure that someone on this board knows more than I ... anyone?

Don't know all the rules, however, a market cap of atleast $4 million is one.

JACK was delisted for falling under this limit about a month ago
