Lack of shares to short...

I was just looking at the MSTR IPO prospectus again. Saylor was listed as holding 73.1% of the shares before the offering and 65% after the offering (after adding to the total shares the 4,000,000 shares offered in the IPO); his shares after the offering are being held by Saylor controlled Alcantara LLC.

Still waiting for this one to really drop.
