at .14 c we have no choice if this company was fully reporting we would have known of the nature of the legal beast that they are now spending all their money on and in turn can't proceed with their business plan. Even if those partners in Rockford buy back, they will sell as soon as possible. Yet, the IEC may be worth it and NUKE will get a royalty cheque some day. But not the zillions as they projected for fiscal 1998. At this stage it is just a paper blowout and an endless litany of promises of buying coming into the deal from IR who in my view are all full with piss and vinegar. I will not hear another hopefull promise from them again or take comfort in relative performance. without prejudice
