Thanks David, I like this "option". It addresses both Arif's need for control, and shareholder concerns for the large amount of OS's. ;>)

Great idea with no pain to anyone. I do think that a few zeros should be added to your number. The number of shares retired could be talked about if we knew what the real float, outside of insiders, was.
